A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with sausage, perfect for game days and gatherings.

- 1 lb ground sausage (choose mild or spicy)
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, drained Rotel, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the mixture in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Reheat in the oven before serving.
