- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground sausage, crumbled
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, drained green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or slices of bread!
Notes
Best served hot. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
