Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage (your choice of mild or spicy)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Be sure to drain any excess grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s hot and bubbly.
  5. Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh parsley or green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes
