Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and crumbly, draining any excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and both types of cheese until blended smoothly.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, Rotel, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
