- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, drained
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and crumbly, draining any excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and both types of cheese until blended smoothly.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, Rotel, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
