  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Stir to coat the meat evenly with the spices.
  2. Place the halved baby potatoes directly on top of the seasoned beef.
