- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to form a roll and pinch the edges tightly to seal them.
- Arrange your rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
