  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Ground beef can be replaced with turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
