Ingredients
- Low-carb tortilla
- Cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- Greek yogurt
- Laughing Cow cheese (or any soft cheese)
- Ranch seasoning
- Cooking spray or a small amount of oil
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with cooking spray or add a bit of oil.
- Spread a generous layer of Greek yogurt over one side of the low-carb tortilla.
- Top the yogurt with cooked chicken breast, a slice or two of Laughing Cow cheese, and a sprinkle of ranch seasoning.
- Carefully fold the tortilla in half and transfer it to the skillet.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, flipping when golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and cut into wedges. Serve warm and enjoy!
