- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and the cheese wedge until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.
- Place the low-carb tortilla in the skillet and spread the chicken mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and cut into wedges before serving.
Notes
