Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or oregano)

  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Roll out the risen dough onto a greased baking sheet, creating a flat rectangle.
  8. Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers, then drizzle with olive oil.
