Ingredients

- 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 8 slices of cooked bacon (crispy)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a plate.
- Layer crispy bacon, tomato slices, and avocado on each lettuce leaf.
- Drizzle the secret sauce over the fillings.
- Roll the lettuce leaves tightly around the fillings and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Serve immediately.
