Ingredients

  • 8 slices of cooked bacon (crispy)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a plate.
  3. Layer crispy bacon, tomato slices, and avocado on each lettuce leaf.
  4. Drizzle the secret sauce over the fillings.
  5. Roll the lettuce leaves tightly around the fillings and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.
