Ingredients
- Whole wheat tortillas
- Fresh lettuce (your choice)
- Ripe tomatoes
- Bacon or turkey bacon (for a lighter option)
- Avocado
- Secret sauce (mix of mayonnaise, mustard, and your favorite seasonings)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook your bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread your secret sauce down the center of the tortilla.
- Layer crisp lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon (or turkey bacon), and diced avocado.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute bacon with tempeh or smoked mushrooms. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
