- 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter/nut butter of your choice)
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Wash and slice apples into thin wedges.
- Arrange one layer of apples on a plate.
- Melt nut butter slightly in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or on the stove.
- Drizzle half of the melted nut butter over the apples.
- Evenly sprinkle dairy-free chocolate chips over the apples.
- Repeat the process with the remaining apples, nut butter, and chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately while the apples are crisp and the nut butter is silky.
