Mini cheeseburgers made with soft Hawaiian rolls, beef, and gooey cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked beef evenly over the rolls, then top with slices of cheddar cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the sliders and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
