Description

Mini cheeseburgers made with soft Hawaiian rolls, beef, and gooey cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked beef evenly over the rolls, then top with slices of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the top of the sliders and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
