Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding eggs, oil, and water. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- In a baking dish, layer the brownie batter on the bottom.
- Dollop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
