- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in the blanched green beans and half of the French fried onions to the mixture.
- Transfer everything into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and top with the remaining French fried onions.
- Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the onions are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm to enjoy all the delicious flavors!
Notes
Try adding cheese or bacon for extra flavor, and consider making it ahead of time for convenience.
