Description

Delightful frozen treats blending Greek yogurt with peanut butter, perfect for a refreshing snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola or nuts (optional)
  • Fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. If desired, fold in honey or maple syrup, then add granola or nuts and fruit pieces.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  5. Pop the bites out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to snack.

Keep bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Can be enjoyed plain or with fresh fruit on the side.
