- 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Cucumber (grated)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they’re well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Once done, let it rest before slicing.
- Make the Tzatziki Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and freshly chopped dill until well combined.
- Assemble the Bowls: In serving bowls, layer a generous amount of chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and olives.
- Drizzle with Tzatziki Sauce: Top each bowl with the creamy tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
