- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the fresh green beans into the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a suitable baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and the mixture is bubbly.
