- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
