Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 heads Garlic (trimmed tops and roasted)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for roasting garlic)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided for mixing and topping)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped for garnish)
  • 1 package Crostini or Crackers (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic heads in foil with the olive oil and roast them for about 45 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. Once roasted, allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
