Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if you’re using it).
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, egg (or flax egg), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms.
