- 14 oz beef kielbasa, sliced into chunks
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
- Plain toothpicks (soak in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place sliced kielbasa on the baking sheet and top each piece with a chunk of pineapple.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice until smooth.
- Brush the glaze generously over the kielbasa and pineapple bites.
- Insert a soaked toothpick into each piece for serving.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Soak toothpicks for at least 20 minutes before using to prevent burning. For a thicker glaze, simmer the sauce on the stove before brushing.
