Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes
