Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, aiming for uniformity.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until well-coated.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Notes
