- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed
- Olive oil (for tossing the potatoes)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder, paprika (for seasoning potatoes)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper (for seasoning chicken)
- 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (as desired)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Cook the potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times.
- Season the chicken: Cube the chicken breasts and season with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until fully cooked through.
- Add garlic and sauce: Stir in the minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Combine potatoes and chicken: Once the potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the chicken and mix everything together.
- Melt the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, cover or broil until melted.

For a dairy-free option, skip the cheese or use dairy-free alternatives. Consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
