Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta (any variety)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Mix buffalo wild wings sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Stir the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese into the chicken mixture.
  7. Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.

Notes

For added flavor, sauté minced garlic in olive oil before adding to the sauce. Adjust buffalo sauce to personal heat preference.
