- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (any variety)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix buffalo wild wings sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Stir the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese into the chicken mixture.
- Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté minced garlic in olive oil before adding to the sauce. Adjust buffalo sauce to personal heat preference.
