Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the baby potatoes and halve them. Mince the garlic and set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Place Ingredients in Crockpot: Layer the halved potatoes in the bottom, then place the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
  4. Add Chicken Broth: Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Add Garlic and Cheese: Sprinkle the minced garlic over the chicken, then add the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
