Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder (plus an extra 1 tsp for topping)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and cook until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Flatten each biscuit, place a spoonful of cooked beef and a handful of shredded cheese in the center, fold, and seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this mixture on top of the bombs after baking and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
