Description

Delightful bite-sized cheeseburger bombs wrapped in buttery biscuit dough with a savory garlic Parmesan topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder (plus an extra 1 tsp for topping)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and cook until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit, place a spoonful of cooked beef and a handful of shredded cheese in the center, fold, and seal.
  4. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this mixture on top of the bombs after baking and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
