Description

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned beef, creamy cheeses, and wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Combine melted butter and grated Parmesan, brush over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
