Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned beef, creamy cheeses, and wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
- Combine melted butter and grated Parmesan, brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
