Ingredients

- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, about 8 oz each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks in a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Rest the steaks for 5 minutes and prepare the sauce in the same skillet.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream, and whisk continuously.
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens—about 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle the creamy sauce over sliced steak and finish with parsley.
Notes
If out of Parmesan, Pecorino Romano can be a substitute. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
