Quick and easy rollups that capture the rich flavors of a cheeseburger, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the garlic butter until melted and well combined with the beef.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll them up tightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of optional toppings.
Notes
These rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them tightly wrapped.
