Description

Quick and easy rollups that capture the rich flavors of a cheeseburger, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in the garlic butter until melted and well combined with the beef.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll them up tightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of optional toppings.

Notes

These rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them tightly wrapped.
