- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each rectangle.
- Drizzle with garlic butter, roll up tightly, and seal the edges.
- Arrange rollups on a baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
