Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, mustard, ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each rectangle.
  5. Drizzle with garlic butter, roll up tightly, and seal the edges.
  6. Arrange rollups on a baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
