  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare by cutting the beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces and halving the baby potatoes.
  2. Optional: Parboil the baby potatoes for extra tenderness.
  3. Sear the beef bites in a skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.
  4. Combine melted butter, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the garlic butter sauce.
  5. In the slow cooker, place the halved baby potatoes, then add the seared beef and pour the garlic butter sauce over them. Add the beef broth.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  7. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
