Ingredients

- 2 apples, diced
- 2 kiwi, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine the diced apples, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, lime juice, and honey if desired. Set the bowl aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Brush melted butter or spray your flour tortillas with cooking spray on both sides.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture onto both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve your fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for a perfect dip.
Notes
Store leftover salsa and chips in separate containers. Salsa is best consumed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Chips should be kept at room temperature in an airtight container.
