Delightful Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups made with wholesome oats and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 3–4 tbsp honey (adjust for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (choose your favorite flavor or plain)
- Berries of choice (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended into a sticky dough. If it seems dry, add a little extra almond butter or honey.
- Line a muffin pan with liners. Press about a tablespoon of the granola mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup, creating a sturdy base.
- Scoop yogurt into each cup, using about 2-3 tablespoons per cup.
- Top with your choice of fresh berries and sprinkle with any extra granola if desired.
- Freeze the cups for a minimum of 4 hours until set.
- Before serving, allow them to thaw for a few minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Customize with various toppings or flavorings as desired.
