Creamy and satisfying frozen bites combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or dollop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds or peel them off the parchment paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Handle with clean utensils to avoid contamination.
