A quick and healthy snack made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for satisfying cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each slot about three-quarters full.
- Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and transfer them to a freezer-safe container.
Notes
For a vegan option, use coconut yogurt and a plant-based nut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to three months.
