Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each slot about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and transfer them to a freezer-safe container.

Notes

For a vegan option, use coconut yogurt and a plant-based nut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to three months.
