Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to create your coating.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
- Dip each ravioli first into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, and then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the basket, leaving space for air circulation.
- Give the tops a light spray of cooking spray for extra crispness.
- Air fry for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
