Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced

Instructions
- Dice the ripe tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
- Mince the garlic and chop the basil, then add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix gently until combined.
- Toast slices of bread until golden.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
