Ingredients
- Roast beef (sliced)
- Slider buns
- Caramelized onions
- Swiss cheese
- Au jus (beef broth)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced onions until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef, followed by caramelized onions and Swiss cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
- Serve with warm au jus on the side for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or mix BBQ sauce with the roast beef. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
