Description

Juicy roast beef sliders topped with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese, served with a flavorful au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Roast beef (sliced)
  • Slider buns
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • Au jus (beef broth)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced onions until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef, followed by caramelized onions and Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve with warm au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or mix BBQ sauce with the roast beef. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
