Description

Delicious and easy-to-make French Dip Sliders loaded with roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese, served with a warm beef broth dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese (slices)
  • Beef broth
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Butter
  • Seasoning (salt and pepper)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the thinly sliced roast beef evenly on the buns, topping it off with delicious caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
  4. Cap off the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
  5. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with salt and pepper; brush this mixture on top of the buns.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
  7. While the sliders bake, heat up the beef broth for dipping.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
