Delicious and easy-to-make French Dip Sliders loaded with roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese, served with a warm beef broth dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef (thinly sliced)
- Caramelized onions
- Swiss cheese (slices)
- Beef broth
- Horseradish sauce
- Butter
- Seasoning (salt and pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the thinly sliced roast beef evenly on the buns, topping it off with delicious caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
- Cap off the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with salt and pepper; brush this mixture on top of the buns.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
- While the sliders bake, heat up the beef broth for dipping.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze before baking for up to 2 months.
