Description

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced roast beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef generously on top of the buns.
  4. Add the caramelized onions, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled sliders.
  6. Melt butter and mix it with salt and pepper, then brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
