Instructions

- Stir in the buttermilk gently until the mixture comes together; don’t overmix.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead it gently a few times to bring it together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1 inch thick and use a biscuit cutter to cut out your biscuits.
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
