Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 68 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1218 slices of pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Open your can of pizza dough and unroll it. Slice into six long strips, about 1-2 inches wide.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each strip, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into pieces that fit well along the dough strips and layer over the sauce.
  6. Place pepperoni slices on top, allowing half of each slice to hang off the edge.
  7. Roll each dough strip tightly into a rose shape, tucking the ends underneath.
  8. Place each rolled pizza rose in the muffin tin, fitting snugly.
  9. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving, and garnish with fresh basil or olive oil if desired.

Notes

These pizza roses can be customized with different toppings and served with a side salad for a complete meal.
