Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in honey until well combined.
- Add rolled oats, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using) and mix until fully incorporated.
- Drop dollops of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
