A delightful pull-apart monkey bread made with biscuit dough, sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cans of biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Break each biscuit into small pieces, about the size of a golf ball.
- Roll the biscuit pieces into balls, approximately 3 tablespoons each.
- Grease a deep-dish loaf pan or bundt pan thoroughly with butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar; mix well.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer the dough balls in the prepared pan and sprinkle 1/8 cup of brown sugar over each layer.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the top of the dough, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- To make the glaze, whisk together 1/4 cup powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon milk until smooth and drizzle over the monkey bread before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze individual portions tightly wrapped.
