- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup almond flour (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli until well-coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and almond flour on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Consider topping with fresh herbs or serving with a green salad for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
