Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup almond flour (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli until well-coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and almond flour on top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
