- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 large lemon, juiced (2 tablespoons or 30 milliliters)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (or set your air fryer to 375°F).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a sealable plastic container, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, oregano, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour about three-quarters of this marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Massage gently for even coverage.
- Refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Reserve the remaining marinade for later use.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket, spacing them out for even cooking.
- Roast in the oven for about 17-20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle the reserved marinade over the chicken just before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
For a crunchier finish, broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end of cooking.
