Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 oz) package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place the pieces evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
